As of November 13, 2007, according the our local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) there are presently 58,119 resale homes as actively for sale in MARICOPA COUNTY. In a thirty day period, since 10/13/2007, there were a total of 3,366 homes sold and closed escrow. (compared to 3,900+ in last period).

TRILOGY - Presently there are 105 resale homes actively FOR SALE, of which 24 are new SHEA designer/spec homes, with an average listing price of $426,354, or an average of $203.70 per sq.ft., and average (ADOM) accumulative days on the market of 138.  There are 3 PENDING sales, and a total of 6 SOLDS in the last 90 days since 8/13/2007 with an average SOLD price of $338,500, or $183.77 per sq.ft., and average (ADOM) accumulative days on the market at 273.

VISTANCIA -  Presently there are 152 resale home actively FOR SALE, of which 38 are new Builder SPEC homes, with an average listing price of $466.216, or an average of $160.99 per sq.ft., and average (ADOM) accumulative days on the market of 132. There are 17 PENDING sales of which 13 are new Builder Spec homes, and a total of 10 SOLD homes in the last 90 days since 8/13/2007, with an average SOLD price of $365,900 or an average of $145.60 per sq.ft., and average (ADOM) accumulative day on the market of 162.
