"The Tasting Room"

Most likely you have been to the new "Wine Tasting Room" next to the Safeway Grocery on Vistancia Blvd. If you haven't .....your really missing the boat with this "Top qualify, hard to find Deli". Established May 23, 2008 by TRILOGY residents, Ron Cook, and Rich Arnold. (and both families).You can expect to find over 30 ardison variations of imported and domestic farmstead cheese, 300 various fine wines (starting at $10.) and over 90 various imported micro brews, and 2 cold draft beers. Go to the Butcher counter, there's over 18 choices of best quality meats. Have a large sandwich, (choice of bread and meat)  and Paninis,  or a choice of 4 cheese plates, all for take out or eat in. the hours of business are Noon to 9PM, Monday through Thursday, Noon-10PM Friday and Saturday. Closed Sunday, until after Labor Day.

That's not all, Be sure and check out the fine desert menu consisting of Creme Cherry pie, home made root beer, special Gingerale, and variety of still and sparkling waters.

Finally, for smokers, there's over a dozen choices of fine cigars.....sorry no smoking inside!

Make sure you visit this great little Deli. Go in and shop for a while, then just sit at the bar and lay back, have your choice of fine wine in a glass or a bottle, a light or smooth dark draft micro beer ( or variety of imported Bottle beer) and finally I suggest you try a huge sandwich made with your choice of meat, a Paninis, or 4 different cheese plates to choose from. In any event you will certainly enjoy this comfortable store made especially for those who want to relax and slow things down some. No matter who is behind the bar, I promise you will get a nice smile, good service, good conversation, good company, and a great establishment! Bar none!
