Seems like Shea at TRILOGY is sticking to their guns on keeping home prices "Up"! This is great news for those residents trying to sell their existing homes. By keeping prices up, this only makes the resale homes look more attractive when marketing the home. The more the upgrades the better, as long as the home is not "priced out of the market".
