TRILOGY
ACTIVE FOR SALE - As of 7/20/2009, there are 76 homes for sale in TRILOGY of which only 5 are new Shea Designer/Spec homes. The total average sales price is $413,291 or $180.58 per sq.ft. and the average Cumulative Days on the Market (CDOM) is 228 days.
PENDING SALES - Presently,there are 13 pending sales.
SOLD/CLOSED- There have been 52 homes sold/closed in the past 6 months. The average sold price was $315,548 or $157.12 per sq.ft. and the average Cumulative Days on the Market (CDOM) was 196 days.
TRILOGY New Shea Home report - Shea New home builders are offering special deals on the smaller homes priced less than $200,000.
Designer homes - presently there are only 5 new designer homes available, and they are offering $214k in Savings on these models!

ACTIVE FOR SALE - As of 7/20/2009, there are 83 homes for sale in VISTANCIA, 5 of which are new Spec homes of various builders. The average sales price is $277,454 or $97.50 per sq.ft., and the average Cumulative Days on the Market (CDOM) is 154 days.
PENDING SALES - There are 44 pending sales at this time.
SOLD/ACTIVE - There have been 128 homes sold in the past 6 months, 4 of which were new home Spec's. The average sold price was $277,275 or $84.27 per sq.ft, and the average Cumulative Days on the Market was 143 days.
Updated News!......Overall this summer has been very busy so far in the showings of resale homes in Trilogy......sales have been very good compared to this time last year.......our inventory is down to an all time low of only 76 resale homes for sale........I attribute this to the fact Shea still has few Designer/Spec homes for sale which forces buyers to check out the resale market as most people don't want to wait 8-11 months to have a home built....good news for those folks that need to sell their homes!
