Listed below you will find new real estate statistics for overall Maricopa County and also TRILOGY and VISTANCIA. This information is provided by our local Multiple Listing Service (aka MLS) is considered reliable but not guaranteed.
TRILOGY
ACTIVE FOR SALE - As of 6/20/2009, there are 90 homes for sale in TRILOGY of which only 8 are new Shea Designer/Spec homes. The total average sales price is $414,842 or $181.49 per sq.ft. and the average Cumulative Days on the Market (CDOM) is 218 days.
PENDING SALES - Presently,there are 11 pending sales.
SOLD/CLOSED- There have been 44 homes sold/closed in the past 6 months. The average sold price was $307,307 or $157.61 per sq.ft. and the average Cumulative Days on the Market (CDOM) was 153 days.
TRILOGY New Shea Home report - Shea New home builders are offering special deals on the smaller homes priced less than $200,000.
Designer homes - presently there are only 6 new designer homes available, and they are offering $214k in Savings on these models!
If you purchase in the NATURA collection, you get $25k in options.
If you purchase in the VERITAS collection, you get $60k in options.
If you purchase in the VITA collection, you get $65 in options.
VISTANCIA
ACTIVE FOR SALE - As of 4/18/2009, there are 80 homes for sale in VISTANCIA, 4 of which are new Spec homes of various builders. The average sales price is $286.40 or $100.01 per sq.ft., and the average Cumulative Days on the Market (CDOM) is 132 days.
PENDING SALES - There are 38 pending sales at this time.
SOLD/ACTIVE - There have been 125 homes sold in the past 6 months, 4 of which were new home Spec's. The average sold price was $225,342 or $85.28 per sq.ft, and the average Cumulative Days on the Market was 143 days.
Updated News!......Real estate is doing pretty well in Trilogy at this time. Resale homes are getting a lot more action than before, and hopefully we will keep busy showing and selling homes during the summer hot months..........hard to say at this time. We'll keep you posted!
