FOR SALE - Presently there are 115 homes for sale in Vistancia, 6 of which are new SPEC homes. The average sales price is $357,73 or $197.85 per sq.ft.. The average Cumulative days on the Market (CDOM) was 168 days.
PENDING SALES - There are 32 pending sales, all resale homes.
SOLD HOMES - There are 115 homes sold in Vistancia, 5 of which were SPEC homes. The average SOLD price was $325,737 or $107.85 per sq. ft. The average Cumulative days on the market was 168 days.
The new Shea homes seem to be doing well with great sales promotions going on every weekend. Prices on the new models are staying up there, however, Shea is giving away a lot of incentives to keep their sales numbers up. We figure Shea will be with us at least 2 1/2 more years before they are sold out of product in our community. We wish them well, and We should all be happy our home prices are staying up. In my opinion, our prices will increase substantially in the upcoming years, especially when Shea leaves us. Just think, we are the only community of this kind in the whole State. An adult gated community that has the best amenities in the world..........and we will be the most private facility around when the community is sold out! You are sitting on some of the best real estate in the world.....bar none!
