Back in the '70s, CB radios became popular, especially among the nation's truckers. You could tune in Channel 19 and listen to a constant chatter among truckers and others with radios. If you were traveling on an interstate highway, you could get info on traffic, weather, wreck scenes to avoid, radar traps, and other useful tidbits. It was like there was a whole other world of activity going on around you IF you had a CB radio. Those who didn't were oblivious to the activity - yet it was still there.
The same is true of the volunteer brigade - those who offer their time and talents to worthy causes without reward. In any given community, there is a work force that operates 24/7 without any expectation of reward. If you're not one of them, you are probably oblivious to their daily actions to serve the community - but they are out there working whether or not you know it.
One example that comes to mind is a recent wreck scene. At 1:00 AM a vehicle traveling at over 90 mph left the road, went over an embankment, and hit the bottom upside down. A witness to the crash was amazed to see about 15 firefighters, EMTs, and rescue squad volunteers on the scene within 5 minutes after the wreck was reported. The witness asked in surprise, "Where did you guys come from?" One minute traffic was normal, and those 15 volunteers were in their warm beds. Five minutes later they were saving a life.
There are many ways to make a life-altering contribution to others as a volunteer. Most are not as glamorous as saving a life, yet all contribute to the many unmet needs of community members. Each of us has talents that can be put to use for those in need. A little self-examination will help identify your potential contribution. With all the blessings we enjoy in this country, each of us should make an effort to reach out to others. Why not join the volunteer brigade today?

We try to bring you updated info about homes in general, plus real estate STATS for all our TRILOGY, VISTANCIA and BLACKSTONE gated Communities, plus much more. This month, We have to accumulate data for more homes for sale, pending and sold listings before we can post new in upcoming issues ....

FOR year 2019, Listed below are the basic real estate STATS for TRILOGY, VISTANCIA and BLACKSTONE. As   Thursday the 25 day of April 2019.


TRILOGY.......Presently there are 89 resale homes for sale info Trilogy,(**28 of these homes are new build Spec homes) and 15 homes under pending Status. There have been 75 homes sold since 1/1/19. The or average sold price is $457,465 or per sq.ft. is $220.37 per sq.ft.  Average days on the market is 72.



VISTANCIA......Presently there are 54 resale home for sale, and 18 homes under Pending StatusThere have been 73 homes sold since 1/1/19.The Average sold price is now at $ 358,711 or $142.90 per sq.ft. Average days on the market is 77.



BLACKSTONE ......Presently there are 11 resale homes for sale, and 3 homes under Pending StatusThere have been 9 homes sold since 1/1/19. The Average SOLD price is $687,272 or $222.71  per sq.ft. Average days on the market is 117.  

** TRILOGY 28 New Build Shae Homes are presently under construction. These homes are known as SPEC HOMES

For the year 2018

There were 210 resale homes sold in TRILOGY from 1/1/2018 to 12/31/2018.

There were 244 resale homes sold in VISTANCIA from 1/1/2018 to 12/31/2018

There were 31 resale homes sold in BLACKSTONE from 1/1/2018 to 12/31/2018. 

**As of 6/21/2018 the highest priced home SOLD in TRILOGY for the past 6 months was $825,000 SOLD 4/18/2018

**As of  6/19/2018 the highest priced home SOLD in VISTANCIA for the past 6 months was $610,000 sold 4/30/2018

**As of 6/19/2018 the highest priced home in BLACKSTONE was 1,300,000 SOLD 6/14/2018.



Surprisingly, there are only 687 homes for sale in ALL of PEORIA at this date! 



DID YOU KNOW   In Maricopa County, there are only17,587resale homes for sale. This figure of 17 to 20 thousand home inventory in Maricopa has been consistent for about 7 years.
