Lee Sr. has been selling Real Estate in Arizona since 1976, primarily in the Northwest Valley. Lee Sr. joined *RE/MAX Integrity in 1994 ( as of 8.27.2011 REMAX Integrity merged with REMAX Professionals ) Lee Sr. is a proud recipient of the PLATINUM CLUB and the RE/MAX HALL OF FAME. In addition, Lee Sr. enjoys keeping up with Real Estate technology and continuing education. Lee Sr. enjoys working with both buyers and sellers, no matter what the price of the home may be.
Lee Sr. enjoys visiting beautiful Colorado, riding quads, and spending time with the family. Both Lee Sr. and Lee Jr. also enjoy contributing to the Arizona Children's Hospital. Every time we are a party to closing a home transaction, Lee Sr. and Lee Jr. contribute a portion of the professional service fee in the name of the clients!

Lee Jr. currently holds the ABR ( Accredited Buyer Representative ) and GRI ( Graduate Real Estate Institute ) designations, and will be starting his CRS ( Certified Residential Specialist ) designation in 2012. Lee Jr. has also received extensive training and experience on distressed properties, such as short sales and foreclosures.

Shelly has assisted the TEAM over the past several years with marketing and office administration. Shelly is non-licensed, however is an excellent beneficiary in helping the TEAM co-ordinate large mailouts,follow up campaigns and other Secretarial duties.
Shelly is very active in Trilogy and has resided with Lee Sr. here since 2004. Shelly'a an Ambassodor to the Trilogy Womans Club, is actively involved with Charity functions, has help formed, and a member of the Trilogy Woman's Bible Study group! From Lee Sr., Lee Jr. and Lynne T., Shelly is a great Asset to TEAM!

My name is Lynne M. Turschmann. My career in real estate began in 1988 when I was first licensed in Virginia, I move to Peoria from Virginia in 2000 and acquired my Arizona Real Estate License in 2002. I actively worked as and Agent with Russ Lyon for several years when my Broker asked me to develop the Company Transaction Coordinator Department. From mere beginnings of a desk in a corner, I developed the program, implemented services in nine Russ Lyon Offices, hired and trained 12 coordinators and managed the services in all nine offices across the valley.

Send Tinker a message.Tinker was TEAM Lee Moore's mascot, and Lee Moore Sr.'s dog. She's was a great gal, and she loved "FSBOnes".
Sadly, Miss Tinker passed away on 2/1/2011 and we enjoyed her for 11 years. A wonderful pet and we will miss her dearly......Lee and Shelly!

We still use this same motto on our new Logo. This motto was very visible with our TEAM truck. We retired our truck in 2011, but still get comments about it from past clients and new customers.
